Prepare for Mideye Installation: Prerequisites

Before installing Mideye Server, ensure your environment meets the requirements and plan your deployment.

Prerequisites

You need:

• A supported OS (RHEL/Rocky/Alma 8/9/10, Debian 12/13, Ubuntu 22.04/24.04/26.04, Windows Server 2019/2022/2025, or Docker)
• A database (MySQL 8+ or MSSQL Server)
• Network access to your directory (AD/LDAP) and database
• TLS certificate for the web interface (can be self-signed for testing)
