Switch Configuration
Switch Configuration defines the connection parameters for the Mideye Switch — the backend service that handles SMS delivery, mobile app push notifications, and Magic Link authentication. In environments without external network access, air-gapped mode disables these features.
Navigate to Server Settings → Switch Configuration to access this page.

Switch Address Change (April 2026)
Section titled “Switch Address Change (April 2026)”The Mideye Switch has been migrated to new hostnames and IP addresses. Two changes are required, in this order:
- Firewall: Allow outbound traffic to the new IP addresses on your customer-specific Switch port. The old and new IP addresses can coexist in the firewall — keeping both open during the transition period is recommended.
- Mideye Server: Update the Switch Configuration as described on this page.

Air-Gapped Mode
Section titled “Air-Gapped Mode”When Air-Gapped Mode is enabled, the Primary Host, Secondary Host, and Port fields become optional. A warning alert is displayed listing the features that are disabled in this mode:
- SMS authentication — one-time passwords via SMS cannot be delivered.

- Magic Link authentication — email-based passwordless login is unavailable.
- Mideye Shield — the threat intelligence service requires external connectivity.
