Response Times

Feature Requests
Section titled “Feature Requests”We value customer feedback and encourage feature requests from both potential and existing customers. Requests from active deployments receive higher prioritization, especially when the feature addresses broad use cases.
To submit a feature request, email support@mideye.com with:
- A clear description of the desired functionality
- Your use case and business need
- Any relevant context about your environment
Security Vulnerabilities
