De-activate Mideye+

Switch back to regular SMS-OTP authentication

To de-activate Mideye+ and instead receive regular SMS-OTP, do the following:

Initiate login to the protected service (=initiate sending of an OTP to your mobile).

Go to the de-activation page and enter your mobile number in international format (e.g. +12345678912), then enter the subsequent SMS-OTP to verify the de-activation.

Once deactivation is finished, logins will proceed according to the basic SMS-OTP scheme.
